Read the first rave review of Dancing On Ice Tour 2010!

The inaugural show of the Dancing On Ice Tour 2010 got off to a spectacular start last week as the skaters arrived in Sheffield, with The Sun praising the 'mind-boggling stunts, eye-popping tumbles and heart-stopping lifts'.

Hayley Tamaddon once again walked away with the crown, beating Chris Fountain after the two were chosen for the final Bolero routine. However, old favourite Chris 'got the biggest cheer of the night' for his 'eclectic' performance of Michael Jackson's 'The Way You Make Me Feel'.

Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean vowed the audience with their own interpretation of a ‘breathtaking’ Bolero, making the Sheffield dates an incredible success.

First four celebs added to the 2010 tour lineup

2010 will see the Dancing on Ice Tour return for its fourth year in a row, and already it looks set to be another fantastic masterpiece on the ice. Today we are very excited to announce the first four celebrities who will be appearing on this year’s tour.

Joining the tour this year will be - Gaynor Faye, winner of the ITV1's Dancing on Ice back in 2006; Boyzone's very own Mikey Graham, currently gliding his way across the ice on the latest ITV1 series, and long time fan favourites Chris Fountain and Ray Quinn.

Kicking off on Thursday 8th April at Sheffield Arena, the tour will travel right across the country at arenas in Sheffield, Newcastle, London, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, and Belfast. At each performance the audience will have a chance to vote for their favourite skating celebrity. Replicating the format of the hit ITV1 show, they will be able to use their mobile phones to text vote for their favourite dancing couple.

The audience votes will then be added to the scores from the Judges to decide the winner. Once the votes have been counted, the winning celebrity will join their skating partner to perform a magical finale.   As with the previous tours, all profits from text voting will go to charity, more than £45,000 has been raised to date.

Keep your eye on this site for further updates to this already stellar lineup.
