A Polish Junior Pairs Champion and runner-up in Polish Singles Championships - started skating at the age of five in his hometown, Warsaw. He went on to represent his country at the Junior World Championships in Canada in 1998 and in Croatia in 1999 and at numerous Grand Prix tournaments before turning professional in 2000. While on tour he met and fell for his wife, Alexandra. Together, the principal pairs team have skated in various different ice shows, galas and on TV throughout Europe, South and Central America and the Caribbean.

In recent years they have performed in three Holiday On Ice touring productions (Hollywood, Romanza, Colours Of Dance), the Royal Caribbean cruise ship productions (Adventure & Voyager Of The Seas), in Phantasialand, Germany (Unforgettable), in Bugs Bunny On Ice and in Dreams On Ice in Italy. Although Lukasz and Alexandra have taken part in Dancing On Ice in Holland and Sweden, 2009 marked their debut performance on Torvill & Dean’s Dancing On Ice and Live UK Tour.
