Champion of the first series of Dancing on Ice alongside celebrity skater Gaynor Faye, Daniel Whiston has more recently partnererd Emerdale pin-up Roxanne 'Roxy' Pallett in the 3rd series. Daniel Whiston is best known for his amazing aerial ice-acrobatics and stunts. He performed to many wow’s and gasps during the last Dancing On Ice Tour and this year his performances will be more nail biting than ever before!
Daniel has travelled the globe, enthralling audiences the world over with his skating and acrobatic talent. He turned professional at the young age of 19 and made his career debut in 1996 with the UK National Tour of Hot Ice.
Later that year he appeared as a feature skater in the LWT show, Ice Warriors. Daniel went on to take part in a wide variety of shows including the American tour Grease on Ice, moving a year later to France to appear in Holiday on Ice. In 2001 he skated in the Jayne Torvill Ice Spectacular at Somerset House.
